We're on the look out for a Accounts Assistant with flare!

Do you love providing high level financial support to organisations where you really feel like you can make a difference? This Accounts Assistant role will look after the wider business through making sure that daily processes are followed, payments are processed (both local and further abroad), reconciling loan accounts / insurance systems and more, and reporting is well managed. Not to mention the one-off projects that come along when you least expect it!

This person will instigate and follow processes, and be a stickler for detail. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy in even the smallest detail, and be accountable for themselves and their performance. This is a small team within a big business, and each person plays their own part whilst helping out their colleagues.

We are looking for people who are:

Loving their journey in bookkeeping, accounts payable etc and wanting to bring this to a bigger business.
Accountable for their own success and development, whilst being a great team contributor.
Strong communicators both written and verbally, and display excellent interpersonal skills.
Flexible with working hours, however this role is currently within normal business hours.

Experience in the finance industry would be helpful, but not a deal breaker.
