We have an opportunity for a natural born concierge and customer services person to join us in helping make every New Zealander more financially successful.
Working in the Blenheim Branch as a Banking Assistant (Level 1), you'll be one of the first people our customers meet, and by working with your team mates you will help make life easier for them and do your bit to put a smile on our customers' faces. What this means in practice is that you will be using your individual personality and interpersonal style to make a connection with our customers either over the counter or by providing a concierge service, and where necessary seamlessly referring our customers to a member of the sales team or a specialist advisors.

The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 1.30pm, (20 hours per week).
