Provide administration and minute taking support to the Board and it’s sub-committees including; agendas, sending out papers and drafting minutes within set timeframes. Assist with the preparation and drafting of board papers by working with the CEO and General Manager. Manage the actions from each meeting, prepare the annual schedule of Board and committee meetings and ensure the Annual Report is ready for distribution prior to the AGM, as well as organising the AGM. Ensure all new Trustee orientation documentation is kept up to date on the Trust’s website. A minimum of two years’ experience at taking minutes at high level meetings is essential, as well as a highly developed use of the English language including drafting reports and correspondence, proof reading and editing. Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite are imperative.

Skills & Experience
- Legal or Legal Secretary background (ideally)
- 2+ years of high level minute taking
- Advanced Microsoft Suite skillset
- Strong English written language
- Organised and efficient
