About the role:

Our Brand Solutions team have a fantastic opportunity for you to join them as our new Brand Solutions Coordinator. Working alongside our Print & Promotions Specialists, you will be responsible for providing dedicated support to our high value customers. You will also be a key port of call for our sales team with their promotion, creative and print related queries.
- Manage the quoting and production of Print and Promotional merchandise
- Analyse reports
- Confirm product specifications
- Respond to specialised customer queries
- Communicate with customers e.g. delivery schedules etc
We are looking for someone who:
- Excels in providing superb customer service while able to manage client expectations
- Has outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong administration skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- The ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally
- Can multitask when required
- Graphic design, print, and pre-press experience preferred
