We are looking for a multi-talented, forward thinking person to sell in our services to school principals and industry.

About the Role
This role will see you build and maintain new relationships with schools and their senior management teams throughout NZ. You will seek to understand the school, its culture, objectives and challenges before shaping, selling in and implementing a programme to best suit the needs of each school and its students.

You will deliver workshops to students and liaise with businesses regarding work experience programmes. You will see and seize opportunities to develop and grow new and existing business and deliver gold-standard service.

About You
You may be looking for a change from corporate and wanting to work for a company that has a genuinely positive impact on our next generation. Perhaps you have worked in HR or recruitment or you are a teacher with a few years’ experience, passionate about helping improve confidence and resilience in our children. It’s not essential, but an understanding and appreciation of the education industry is preferred, and a bit of teaching experience would be advantageous.

Confident, proactive, professional and efficient with loads of initiative, you have a head for business and the passion to persuade. Your consultative style sees you ask and listen more than you talk, and you naturally adapt your style to suit the people you are with. You will be action orientated, ensuring follow through on what is promised as this is vital in a customer-based role.

An excellent communicator and team player, you are tenacious, self-motivated and driven to achieve success. You are extremely competent at prioritising urgent and important work, highly computer literate and always hit deadlines. Young people of all ages love your vivacious personality and appreciate that you are not afraid to be vulnerable and open.

We need someone who has flexibility to travel, as this role will involve extensive travel across NZ, with most Schools being based outside of the Auckland region. Demonstrating empathy and the ability to read a situation will put you in good stead to do well in this role.
