What is this role all about?
Imagine this - you're starting up a small business and you need a bank to partner with. You need a bank that makes life easy for you - both in terms of day to day needs and in terms of the longer term strategy for your business. You pick up the phone and you call Kiwibank.
You listen to the customer, and because you have had extensive training in your new role, you understand their needs and provide them with some great short and long term options to help their business thrive. The customer gets off the phone convinced that Kiwibank is the way to go.
Such is the work life of our Business Direct Admin Support team - it's fun, hard work, rewarding and there's plenty of room to grow!
So what skills & experience are we looking for?
- You'll need to have a real passion for exceeding customer expectations & experience or a keen interest in Business Banking.
- Experience having productive conversations & a strong customer focus.
- At least Six months previous banking experience is essential.
