The Role
Demonstrate your expertise, passion and skills as you operate as part of an effective and engaged Network & Field Management Team.

This role is based in Auckland and reports to the Performance & Business Improvement Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for leading the end to end process review of strategic initiatives with Chorus’s Capability Operations team. We are looking for that someone special to lead the development, deployment and implementation of strategic improvement and transformation initiatives. This work is critical to meeting our service excellence goals and to improve the customer experience across Capability Operations.

Your Background
If the above sounds like something you’d be interested in, here are the qualities and skills you possess:

  • Background in both process improvement and telecommunications operations;
  • Energetic motivated self-starter, known as a thought leader amongst peers;
  • In-depth experience of influencing & problem solving;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate information in a clear and concise way;
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across key internal and external stakeholders.
