This organisation is fast moving and rapidly growing. With a current change in the Call Centre Manager team, we are looking for an individual who can run this area - own it. You will be looking at current staffing and set up and making the changes necessary to bring it up to a highly functional part of the business.

It's a highly profitable area of this company that needs a leader who will lead by example and make the hard changes that will be necessary. They management are open to your opinions, ideas and want you to show them what needs to be done.

Recruitment of the team will be necessary, they are looking to double their numbers. So either recruiting yourself or going via agency is an option, they want the best and pay above market rate with career development for the right people.

Based close to Britomart, travel will be easy and you will also be rewarded financially for your efforts and experience. The most important part of this role which is an absolute must is your experience. You must have a strong and proven background in leading a Call Centre. The ability to manage a wide variety of personalities and setting a high level of expectation and support with this team. Strong support will be given from management.
