Our busy AA Centre seeks an experienced business leader to run the day-to-day operations of this busy insurance and customer service environment.
Let's talk about the role - you will be the Centre Manager motivating and leading an experienced and knowledgeable team of front line professionals to deliver great customer outcomes in insurance including car, house & contents; life and travel and other products such as AA membership and driver and vehicle licensing. Our business is complex and diverse with over 74 products and services on offer.

You will be well versed in handling multiple demands on any given day as we lead through a change process in our organisation. Your skills in change management will be well regarded along with your ability to coach individual behaviours to improve performance outcomes. You are an inspirational leader who people want to follow, through your authenticity and ability to get things done. Ultimately you want to lead your team to be recognised as one of the best centres in Auckland.
