Our AA Centre in Meadowlands seeks an experienced manager to run the day-to-day operations of this insurance and customer sales environment.
Let's talk about the role, you will be the Centre Manager motivating and leading a team to deliver sales in insurance including car, house & contents, life and travel and other products such as membership and driver licensing. You will be able to use your previous experience to guide and lead your team to achieve exceptional customer service leading to sales and customer retention. Your proven coaching experience will inspire our team of customer sales consultants to meet sales and service targets, the goal ultimately being to be recognised at one of the best centres in Auckland.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following competencies:
