Commis Chef
- You have at least 1 year experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen, with exposure in a la carte service.
- You hold a recognized industry qualification (at least level 3) or equivalent work experience.
- Passionate about your chosen profession and enjoy keeping abreast of food trends.
- Knowledgeable in Health & Safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Professional with effective communication skills, and an aptitude for multi-tasking.
- Able to work across any shifts including weekends and evenings.
- A team player and committed to learning under our experienced chefs.
- Your own transport to the hotel is vital as public transport in the area is poor.
