Commis Chef

  • You have at least 1 year experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen, with exposure in a la carte service.
  • You hold a recognized industry qualification (at least level 3) or equivalent work experience.
  • Passionate about your chosen profession and enjoy keeping abreast of food trends.
  • Knowledgeable in Health & Safety regulations in the kitchen.
  • Professional with effective communication skills, and an aptitude for multi-tasking.
  • Able to work across any shifts including weekends and evenings.
  • A team player and committed to learning under our experienced chefs.
  • Your own transport to the hotel is vital as public transport in the area is poor.
