About the role:
We are looking for full time experienced and passionate Concierge (Assistant Concierge), reporting to our Chief Concierge. You will be ready to take on the next step in your career, to help assist lead a team of friendly professionals to be the best they can be and to deliver personalised and great customer service to our guests from all around New Zealand and the world.
You have proven experience that display your effective and efficient time management and leadership skills.
Key skills and qualifications required for this role:
A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star property
Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to Manage, motivate and lead a team
High level of customer service and personal presentation
Full New Zealand licence with the ability to drive manuals is essential for this role
Current LCQ, General Managers and First Aid Certificate
Excellent written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills
Prospective or active member of Les Clefs d'Or is advantageous
