Does this sound like you?
You'll have 5 or more years experience as a people leader in a buzzing environment responsible for leading a team that produces high volumes. You have an in depth understanding of banking or financial services and experience with contact centre best practice. With a proven track record leading a diverse range of people you’re a strong communicator with the ability to influence and drive results. Agile and approachable, you’re known for making things happen. You love bringing out the best in your people and are always looking for ways to do things better, smarter and faster.
