Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Executive to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for championing and creating excellent customer experiences aligned with our two hero brands, Stuff.co.nz and Neighbourly. Reporting into the Head of Customer Experience, you will strive to close the gap between the customers expectation and experience.

This role will involve:

  • Having a deep understanding of our products, their target customers and how we can track this with our available data
  • Working closely with the Customer Experience Senior Exec - energyclubnz to discuss strategy and best practice
  • Working alongside the Customer Acquisition and Engagement team to deliver traffic to Neighbourly s and keep them coming back
  • Identify promotions and activities that will aid in the delivery of that traffic and bring in new members.

Key requirements for this position include:

  • A relevant marketing qualification
  • Digital Marketing Skills
  • The ability to work well in a team as well as independently
  • Ability to learn fast
