We are currently looking for a part-time Customer Service Consultant to work 40 hours per fortnight in our Nelson Auto Centre, this will include 4 hours every Saturday.
Our Customer Service Consultants are involved in a variety of tasks including reception and customer service, processing WOF, as well as other data entry tasks, product sales and general office administration duties.
To be successful in this role, you need to have a strong customer service focus, the ability to learn quickly, be fast and efficient while maintaining quality and accuracy and enjoy being part of a team. Your previous experience in a customer service environment, flexible approach and strong computer skills will see you stand out from the rest.
