The way you mix personal and friendly service with professional insightful help, will be what makes you a very successful Customer Services Officer. You will be the vital front-line link between our customers and our extensive range of products and services in a Kiwibank/New Zealand Post branch where you can feel the heartbeat of your community.
Kiwibank/New Zealand Post provides a comprehensive training programme, which takes place during the week. Please note you will need to be available full-time for at least the first three to four weeks during the week to complete your training.
With your training and natural desire to understand a customer's needs, you will know exactly which of our broad range of products and services is needed to give a truly superior experience every time.

The hours for this role are on call as required between Monday to Friday.
