My client is one of NZ's biggest companies in the Building and Infrastructure industry. They are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team in a part time night shift only role. As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide support to customer queries and requests
  • Create and dispatch tickets for clients
  • Record communications in the system
  • Manage life cycle of open job

To be successful for the role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Accurate typing skills and systems knowledge
  • High attention to detail
