The Role


We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fun and dynamic Customer Assist team.


Reporting to the Customer Assist Team Manager, this Auckland based role will challenge you and allow you to quickly learn the nuts and bolts of Chorus.


You will be responsible for ensuring a positive Chorus service experience for New Zealanders, the management of public inquiries to the inbound channels and assisting with queries on all aspects Chorus.


Your Background


Ideally, you will have experience working with customers in a fast paced and varied environment and you thrive on being part of a close-knit team; however, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn is as valuable as existing experience. A background of managing difficult conversations and providing customers with outstanding service would be advantageous.
