We're now looking for a Customer Service superstar to join our fun & supportive team in Hastings.  If you have experience & a passion for working with customers, great communication skills - both verbal & written, you manage your time effectively and have a 'glass half-full' attitude, read on…

Reporting into the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll be joining a team with great leadership, an awesome team spirit and a history of developing our people.  A key focus for this role will be processing KiwiSaver withdrawals, but we'll also get you involved in a variety of things, from inbound and outbound customer phone calls, and email & web enquiries, through to setting up accounts & processing applications.

What will you bring to the team?  We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, with some relevant Financial Services or call-centre experience, who is confident engaging with customers and has a naturally positive outlook.  You'll be a self-starter, with great organisational skills, and love building & developing relationships with customers.
