Are you an adept multi-tasker whose smile can be heard on the phone? This Customer Service Specialist role will join an awesome team, receiving calls and building supportive relationships with our customers to help the wider business and the customer first and foremost.
In this role you'll get to know all elements of Avanti Finance, with an underlying knowledge of compliance to assist in your role. You will:
- Handle inbound customer contact and enquiries over the phone, face to face, letter and email which may include general enquiries, small arrears, settlement and lending enquiries.
- Identify and take-up opportunities to enhance the customer experience with other products that empower the customer and enable long term retention.
- Outbound customer calls for low-level arrears and engaging customers to maintain satisfaction on the customer journey.
For this role, you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills; with the ability to provide a consistent service by always delivering on the agreed date; takes responsibility for their actions.
- Motivated to achieve results and targets set by self and others.
