Using understanding, empathy and care, the Customer Support Specialist will aim to help their customer repay their personal loan. Responsibility is with the customer for delivering an experience consistent with my client’s high standards and clear expectations. The right person for this role will be efficient with using email, phone and online chat while being able to use formal punctuation and grammar, with correct spelling. Attention to detail will need to be high when entering manual direct debit authorities. Individual targets will be set and will need to be met. Open feedback is encouraged as a form of learning to improve performance and customer satisfaction. This contact centre is open from 8am – 9pm; Monday – Sunday. Having a set, monthly rotating roster allows for a work/life balance and stability of hours.
