We are looking for an Executive Assistant who can act as an enabler to the General Manager, Quality and Innovation, by providing top quality, extraordinary executive assistance. This is to be pre-emptive of their needs and supports them to deliver effectively against their significant responsibilities.

As a confident Executive Assistant with great time management you will hit the ground running.

This is a pivotal role within the organisation which will see you providing a wide range of administrative support functions each day.

We need someone who is well skilled, shows superb initiative and is able to multi-task.

Ideally, we are looking for someone to gain traction quickly. You will show skills for the following;

⦁ Excellent computer literacy, particularly Windows, Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

⦁ Impeccable communication skills

⦁ Able to quickly build credibility and 'relationship capital' and to influence at all levels.

⦁ Excellent writing and word processing skills with a strong command of English.

⦁ Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure.

⦁ Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail that is second to none.

⦁ Demonstrated ability to show discretion, tact, diplomacy, cultural awareness and sensitivity.

⦁ Awareness of and an ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

⦁ Understanding and awareness of legal issues relating to privacy.

⦁ Show strong commitment with the ability to be confident and appropriately assertive in dealing with others.

⦁ Perseverance, ability to listen and deal with conflict.
