My client is a nationwide financial services organisation who are growing at a healthy rate. They are looking to expand their management team to include an experienced HR Business Partner.
As HR Business Partner you will tackle all the important people pieces – recruitment, onboarding, compliance, ER issues, succession planning systems and processes. There are good policies in place already, but this role will be responsible for fine tuning these and formalising things across the HR space. You will have strong support from the CEO and CFO to develop and implement your people strategy.
