The Company
My client is a leading law firm for the Wellington region specializing in Commercial, Property, Conveyancing, Trust and Asset and Estate Planning, Contract Negotiations, Wills and Estate Administration, Notarial Services and Relationship Property. They are a small yet established law firm with a welcoming environment.
The Role
This is a sole position Receptionist role that will also be the administrative support to a Partner. Duties include Reception, sorting mail, preparing morning tea, collecting the milk, writing reports and Dictaphone transcribing. This is a permanent, full time position between the hours of 8.30am – 5pm; Monday to Friday. The right candidate needs New Zealand legal experience but will receive the right training and support. I am looking for someone with enthusiasm, positivity, who wants to learn and is motivated to get the job done. This position is a sole charge position with an immediate start.
