In this busy role, you will ensure applications are processed quickly and accurately, with an eye for compliance and meeting Avanti standards of lending.
On a 'typical' day (is there such a thing?) you will...
- Follow up information with dealers, brokers, and customers.
- Support the lenders and wider Avanti team ensuring excellent customer service is given at all times.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of workflow.
For this role, you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills; with the ability to provide a consistent service by always delivering on the agreed date; takes responsibility for your actions.
- Experience and accuracy in data entry and administration.
- Motivated to achieve results and targets set by self and others.
