We are an established, highly regarded pre-purchase property inspection business. We have a team of inspectors all working part-time to suit their own schedules.
We're looking for a Licenced Building Practitioner (preferably a member of NZIBI) who has good experience in the residential sector, a thorough knowledge of the Wellington region homes and who is computer savvy, very good at report writing and able to accurately identify and describe issues found in homes.
We need someone for at least one day a week but preferably 2 or more and up to 5, depending on your availability (and current demand for our services). This role is a contractor position and we are flexible on the days and hours that you work. We welcome applications from both current builders, semi-retired or retired tradesmen - although you must have LBP status.

This could suit someone recently retired or who is already working part-time or even full time if you have flexibility to take time off during the week and this is a real chance to push your income up significantly. You will need your own vehicle, a ladder, a digital camera and one or two other items including a Trotec T660 moisture meter (a Laser level would also be a bonus). Some training may be provided to the successful applicants.
