A bit about the job
Trust us this isn’t just any old marketing role, this will keep you interested, challenged and happily on your toes. You’ll work across a range of portfolios across the business where you can keep your thinking fresh and spark creative ideas to help bring our marketing and media strategy to life. You’ll be an essential part of the team, working to deliver customer acquisition campaigns, creative, life-cycle marketing programmes and campaign analysis. You’ll also be able to buy and plan TV, radio advertising, billboards and digital activity just to name a few!
No two days will be the same. You’ll work your way through all the market noise to help our products standout and know which levers to pull and play with in today’s ever-changing marketing and media landscape.
We are looking for someone to roll up their sleeves and get suck into the role in our agile Marketing team.

You have your finger on the pulse of the latest marketing and media trends. You’re a collaborator, people person and know how to influence results. You like to take ownership of initiatives and see projects out from start to finish. You’re not scared to put in a bit of hard work, can work to tight deadlines and juggle competing priorities with total ease. You know your way around the media landscape and are comfortable operating in this space. You see how what we do leads to Heartlands success. Needless to say, you’ll have the right type of experience and are ready to take a leap in your marketing career.

Can you see yourself here?
- This is an intermediate role, think 3+ years of marketing and media experience
