Job Description

What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for actively providing quality customer service to AA Insurance customers to eliminate stress and provide certainty for them during the life of their motor vehicle claim. You will be based at our Customer Service Centre on the North Shore, Auckland.

  • Manage a portfolio of motor vehicle claims via phone and email, for our customers outside of the Auckland region
  • Liaise with external consultants, customers, and expert advisors while maintaining and developing long term supplier relationships
  • Dedicatedly handle your claims to ensure they turned around as quickly and stress-free as possible

The hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
