About the role:

Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Enterprise, you will be accountable for the retention and continual growth of some of our most significant national accounts.

Your successful background in strategic account management in a similar role will ensure you understand the importance of building solid business relationships and providing a superior service level. You will naturally be customer-centric, able to discern growth opportunities based on value propositions.

About you:

  • Proven account management background with a minimum of 5 years' experience
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with both procurement and C-level contacts
  • A track record of improving share of wallet within a customer portfolio
  • Strong negotiating skills and confident in presenting value-based solutions
  • A high level of business acumen with a deep understanding of solution selling
  • Evidence of cross-functional leadership, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver desired outcomes
  • Capabilities using cloud-based CRM tools and office applications
