About the duties 
Our Client is looking for a dynamic Office manager to step into this fast paced and hands-on work environment, where you will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a busy and varied role where your duties will include but are not limited to;

  • Supporting the General manager
  • Inventory and Purchase order administration
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Improving and implementing new systems for efficiency
  • Providing customer service
  • General administrative tasks

About you
For the right person, this role has the opportunity to move from a temporary position to a permanent position. To be successful in this, candidates are required to have;

  • Great time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience using Microsoft suit programmes
  • Experience using MYOB
