We are looking for an outgoing, personable individual who has a confident approach with numbers and analytics and can build rapport with stakeholders to join our newly formed Centre Network Support team. Based in the CBD, our small and friendly Operations team is currently seeking a full time Operations Support Specialist who can coordinate operations administration and support the key business functions of the Centre Network.
You will drive customer experience and support the ability of the Centre Network to deliver agreed performance results and be the bridge between the AA Retail Centres and key product stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of product solutions and services.
We have 37 centres across New Zealand with over 70 different products and services. You will support in the design and management of the Operational Framework for the Centre Network; this will encompass end-to-end business processes, risk management, customer feedback and knowledge management systems, productivity modelling, analysis, communication and reporting. As well as experience in the aforementioned skills, you will have a flexible attitude and an adaptable nature and share our ethos of being driven and passionate about delivering quality outcomes to our 1.7 million members.
