We have a fantastic opportunity to join Heartland Bank as a Personal Assistant supporting up to four executives in the day to day requirements of their roles, together with a variety of administration. In this busy role you will organise travel and meetings, provide administration support to the team, assist with calendar management and expenses and work collaboratively across the business. This role will suit someone who enjoys the administration side of a PA role.

Is this you…
You’ll be an accomplished Personal Assistant, who is self managing and excels at building relationships. You’ll have extensive experience supporting executives and will be confident working with leadership teams in a professional services environment. You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective attention to detail and will be skilled at managing multiple tasks and deadlines. You’re proactive and great at pre-empting needs. Flexible and resilient, you enjoy a dynamic environment.

With an optimistic mindset, you excel at problem solving and have the ability to relate to a wide variety of people. You’re a team player. Keys to your success will include proven and extensive Personal Assistant experience at a Senior Management and Executive level including experience in:

  • Providing administrative support to assigned Executives and their teams
  • Diary management
  • Monthly expenses
  • Company wide travel management including coordinating flights and accommodation for staff
  • Preparing and distributing Internal meeting papers
  • Attending internal meetings, taking minutes and distributing minutes
  • Preparing presentations
  • Formatting and proofing documents
  • Provide assistance to the other Executive Assistants and Board Liaison as required
  • Coordinating meetings, events and teleconferences with internal and external parties
