As our Stoke PostShop Manager, you will be working collaboratively with your team to provide great experiences for our customers and our people. You will enjoy coaching others to be successful, identifying opportunities with your team to achieve growth, contributing to the success of a larger regional team and developing the skills of those around you.
To fit the bill, you'll be experienced in managing teams of sales and service professionals in a customer centric environment, and have a proven ability to lead through change. Challenging, motivating, and supporting your team to meet and exceed performance targets will be second nature, and you'll enjoy building and maintaining relationships with customers, staff and your local community. Experience in the banking or financial services sector would also be a great benefit.
