We have a newly created opportunity for a Property Finance Manager in our Auckland office. This is a fantastic chance for you to make a tangible impact on making Kiwi's better off, to advance your existing skills and career growth, whilst not compromising on life outside of work.
So what can I expect from this role?
You will inherit an established portfolio, with an initial focus to increase performance and profitability, while effectively managing credit risk. The size and complexity of the client base will vary, but initially start with exposures up to $3m.
Once you've got things established we anticipate that the amount of your time spent developing new business and expanding your portfolio will increase.
What are we looking for?
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have existing property finance experience, ideally in another bank, or at least in a financial institution. You'll be a proven successful operator and have a confident, down to earth approach, with established networks. In addition, you'll need to clearly demonstrate commercial nouse, strong financial literacy, as well as the ability to build great business relationships within this key market.
