About the role

We're searching for a highly capable & confident Recruitment & Training Coordinator, with proven human resource capabilities, to join our HR team at Bungy HQ in Frankton.

You'll have the opportunity to utilise & develop your breadth of HR skills, in a varied & demanding, seasonal tourism environment. Our activities & crew span a range of locations, industries & roles, so you must be comfortable working in a diverse & dynamic environment. You'll provide recruitment & training support & be responsible for driving continued crew development. We'll look to you to bring your knowledge & experience; proactive attitude; initiative & commitment to the team - as well as being the friendly face welcoming new staff & setting the tone for the company.

Your days will be filled with advertising, recruiting, inducting, training & coordinating HR tasks, whilst working with a range of crew & managers, across our nationwide sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the gate keeper for all Bungy NZ hiring 
  • Working with departmental, site & recruiting managers to ensure ongoing staffing requirements are met
  • Development, implementation & delivery of training plans
  • Everything from hi to goodbye & in between!

Realistically, the role will begin in early 2020 & we're willing to wait for the right person.
