The Regional Technology and Process Trainers will support the business through the technology roll out and impacts of the change.
We are searching for someone with a high calibre of training and coaching skills, behaviours and values.  If you are looking for an exciting change in your career path, this may be an excellent opportunity.
You will influence change, so being positive, professional, and articulate whilst delivering training is essential, and you will be strong enough to push back a bit when needed.  This is a supportive, and awareness role also, as everyone learns and takes things on board differently.
What you will be doing:
In your region, you will be out in the business coaching individuals or training teams so you need to plan and deliver workshops, on-the-job training and coaching using best practice methods, impart knowledge, meet learner needs whilst balancing business timelines and requirements.
With this you will conduct training needs analysis to assess and determine individual knowledge, skill and attitude gaps between current and desirable state.
Skills and attributes we are looking for:
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills, be articulate and have the ability to communicate technical terms into everyday language
  • Ideally you have experience training or coaching to small or large groups in a work environment
  • Patience and a flexible coaching or training style to meet the needs of the trainee whilst balancing business goals
  • Awareness that everyone learns and takes things on differently, so your influencing and change management capabilities will transfer to your audience to enable them to embrace change positively
  • Excellent communicator with all stakeholders. This is an integral part of the job to ensure the roll out of our new technology and process changes are received and embedded with enthusiasm and accuracy to ensure we meet and exceed our customer and market expectations
  • Learn, adapt and be receptive to apply new technologies and ensure you take people on the journey with you
  • Be super organised in the way you plan and manage your time to achieve targets
Travel to branches and support offices throughout the designated region is essential. You must have a full clean driver’s license.  A company car will be provided.
Plumbing World is committed to providing a safe and drug-free workplace.  The successful applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test prior to the commencement of employment.
