We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated person to join our South Auckland based Roadservice team. If this is you, you will be primarily responsible for resolving vehicle and member-related problems for AA personal and corporate customers.
This key front-line position requires exceptional communication skills with a high focus on customer service, teamwork and support activities. You will be required to act with a high level of integrity, together with sound judgement and an eye for detail.
You will have an approved Automotive Trade qualification with broad experience in all aspects of vehicle fault diagnosis and repair. A clean driving record is essential. You need to be computer literate and conversant with Microsoft products.
You would be required to work up to 9 hours per shift, a total of eighty hours per fortnight between the hours of 7am - 12.30am over any 7 days of the week. The hours will vary to meet customer demand.
