Basically, in this key phone based sales role you'll make inbound & outbound sales calls and assist walk in clients. You’ll process applications, tend to any banking related administration and be an essential part of the Heartland Bank team. The retail team consists of sales and sales support people selling and supporting deposit products, banking services and our new product - you choose. Products are distributed direct to customers via contact centres, digital channels, in branch, and through intermediary introductions.
You’re customer focused, passionate and hard working. People would describe you as a self-starter ready to go the extra mile for our customers. You’re proactive and collaborative; you drive efficiencies and excel at customer service & sales.
Skilled at understanding customer needs, keys to your success will include:
- Previous sales experience
- Record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- 3+ years’ experience in a customer service, lending or sales role
