- Two shifts available, Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday

We are looking for a warm and genuine individual who has a passion for sales and customer service to ensure high-quality service and personalised approach to every sale. You will have a background in consultative sales of high-quality products and being able to follow systems and processes while ensuring outstanding customer service.

You will be following up all inbound enquiries while managing around 40 – 50 clients at a time. You will be the point of contact for these customers throughout their sales process and proving a consultative approach to a sensitive time in their lives. You will be completing all administrative duties while answering phones calls and emails from clients to ensure the companies systems and procedures are followed through effectively.
