Supporting our Relationship Managers with sales support and administration, this phone based role receives in-bound calls and makes out-bound calls regarding lending sales, loan drawdowns and loan maturities. The role has compliance obligations, processes related documentation and enters data into various systems.
- Setting up new livestock facilities
- Preparing AML for borrowers
- Reviews of livestock facilities
- Drawing down and repaying loans
- Profit payments for stock sold
- Liaising with Rural managers, Intermediaries and farmers
You’ll have a strong affinity with the Rural community and will easily relate to our Rural customers and understand their world. With a passion for customer service, you’ll always act with integrity, ensuring the best interests of customers are foremost in every activity.
With outstanding attention to detail, you have a positive, collaborative mindset. Keys to your success will include:
- Sales experience
- Customer service experience
- Rural experience preferred
