Be Interested:

    • As a Senior Corporate Chef, you will be expected to provide a high level of catering service to the Partners, Staff and guests of KPMG and Kensington Swan
    • To be successful in this role, you will need to ensure that the catering area is run efficiently and effectively at all times by completing the tasks required and building a rapport with staff of all levels

Be Exceptional:

    • Develop menu’s and lead the culinary direction of the kitchen to ensure the clients (both external and internal) are provided with good quality, healthy eating options for a wide variety of functions
    • Assist with food requirements of the firm to a high-level restaurant standard.  This will include plated breakfasts, lunches and dinners, cocktail functions when required, as well as sandwich lunches and morning and afternoon teas
    • Regularly stock take all food supplies and order all food products needed for the day to day requirements. Keep the stock of each KPMG and Kensington Swan kitchen at an appropriate level when required
    • This role will see you working closely with all members of the catering team, Reception staff, Operations Manager and will have contact with various staff from KPMG and Kensington Swan. You'll also deal directly with KPMG and Kensington Swan clients, suppliers and guests
    • To maintain a high standard of hygiene, food delivery and discipline in the kitchen, in accordance with all kitchen standards, codes of practice and government legislation
