Working within our Specialist Helpdesk environment, you will be part of a team that engages with a variety of customers and suppliers in order to establish requirements and deliver products and services centred on our customer needs. To succeed in this role, you will thrive and enjoy providing customers with an exceptional experience through regular updates and building relationships with our valued supplier network.

Additional to your skills you will demonstrate great attention to detail, while maintaining a good sense of humour in our varied and fast paced environment.  You will engage with our customers directly however also work alongside many internal business contacts wherein a clear and professional phone manner and good written communication skills is essential.


  • Provide our customer with an unforgettable experience through quality service
  • Respond and assist with in the resolution of product and service enquiries
  • Accurate processing of quotations and order requests - supply chain

We are after someone who:

  • Displays strong customer-centric skills
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication skills
  • Fast learner who is flexible and ability to switch tasks quickly
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate
