We have a great opportunity for two Team Assistants to join our Product and Strategy group in either Auckland or Wellington, where you'll provide support to a group of senior managers and their teams.  Working with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Product and Strategy Officer, these are busy and exciting roles, where no two days will be the same.  You'll have the opportunity to apply your proven organisational, administrative and communication skills across a variety of work - from providing personal assistance to your group of senior leaders, coordinating diaries and meetings, getting involved in team activities, and being to go-to person to make things happen.

You'll have amazing interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people all across the business at varying levels. You'll be the kind of person who gets excited by organisation with the ability to coordinate and manage expectations with ease. You'll be a natural born problem solver with the confidence to make gutsy calls when required. Lastly, in order to really nail this position it's vital that you have excellent communication skills and hawk-like attention to detail.
