We have an awesome opportunity to join Direct Channels as a Service Team Leader, leading a team of talented and passionate Customer Service Representatives. Your main focus will be enabling and empowering your team to reach their goals by providing successful coaching, training and mentoring.
To be successful in this role, you'll have a passion for helping and inspiring others to reach their full potential while ensuring business objectives are nailed. You will be a natural born leader with plenty of leadership experience under your belt - someone who really can come in and hit the ground running. You'll know all the levers to pull to build a high energy, high performing, and highly engaged team. Finally, if you have experience in the banking or financial sector then we really would be getting excited.
