About this role:
This role will work across all projects run by the Digital and Technology team and assess the change impact then create the collateral required for the Talent Team to provide training and change support to impacted parties. The key projects currently underway are:
Introducing new technologies that will impact the operation of all branches, and change the way the business deals with customers.

The upgrade of existing technologies with a focus on standardisation, the uptake of learning, changing the culture and approach to technology and digital innovation.

You will be a strong communicator, be detailed orientated and have a pragmatic approach to change.
 
You will be responsible for, developing a change management practice from the ground up, you must have previous experience in delivering change management in large scale organisational change projects, and you will need to demonstrate your proficiency in change management methods and delivery.
 
Plumbing World have a small digital team where people will be expected to pitch in, so whilst you like structure, you understand that business priorities change and you are skilled at adapting and refocussing.
 
Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated understanding and experience of change management methodologies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of computerised distribution, financial and reporting systems within a multi-site environment
  • Experience in successfully delivering change in a diverse geographically dispersed environment
  • Project management skills and familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Clear thinker, able to identify opportunities and influence and align others with a consistent and common approach
