As part of our excellent training delivery team, you have a knack for translating business needs into relevant and tailored learning solutions, with application across multiple environments.
Responsible for a blend of content development and training delivery, you will be an agile and experienced trainer with a clear passion for helping others learn and grow. Your breadth of knowledge across adult learning, coaching and facilitation along with e-learning design ensures you can hit the ground running.
This role is based in Auckland and reports to the Manager, Business Process Capability.
Our ideal candidate will blend a desire to act, along with a keen sense of ensuring solutions are aligned with business direction, team purpose and people engagement. You will be flexible, solutions oriented, pragmatic and able to balance competing priorities.
Your skill set includes:
- Technical knowledge of adult learning;
- Designing and building learning solutions;
- Utilisation of e-learning solutions;
- Commercial acumen;
- Experience working in complex environments;
- Technical content development;
- Telecommunications (or similar) experience.
