Due to an internal transfer, we have a permanent opportunity available for a Wholesale & International Operations Specialist to join our Wholesale and International Operations team in Lower Hutt/Auckland, to undertake Treasury, and International functions for Kiwibank.  

Working in a team covering a variety of tasks your main responsibility will be settling customer payments pertaining to our wholesale and retail network. You will work with speed and accuracy to ensure our SLAs are consistently met. It will be a given that you will have superb communication skills as you will be working closely with our internal and external customers to get the job done!

Although we will provide you with full training - if you have experience with payment systems commonly used within the NZ Banking environment, i.e. SWIFT and NZClear (or similar e.g. Austraclear/Euroclear) that would be an advantage.  You might have a relevant degree and working in a customer facing role and/or administration and ready to start to specialise in a banking role such as this.
